Shipping policy

Shipping is out of Western Sydney and I aim to have orders processed within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. It's a one woman show over here at HQ and each product is hand constructed and indivudually checked, packed and shipped to ensure that I am providing quality items to you.

Please ensure that the address provided in the check out process and in the confirmation are correct. We are unable to make changes to the delivery address once the order is placed and we take no responsibility for any orders delivered to an incorrect or invalid address and will not be liable for any loss associated. If items are lost in transit, compensation up to the value of the goods purchased will be considered after contacting the shipping company.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders for purchase totals over $99 excluding DIY products.

In-Person Pickup

In-Person pick up is possible from one of our Market/Event Pop Ups in advance with minimum 72hr notice with prior arrangement.

Pre-Orders

Items that are pre-orders will explicitly say so in the product listing, as well as their expected due date. Estimated arrival dates will also be stated and can change at any time. No refunds will be issued if estimated dates need to change and items arrive after estimated arrival dates. Estimated arrival dates will be at all times subject to shipment delays which may delay delivery dates.
If in stock items are ordered with pre-ordered items then the entire order will await the arrival of pre-ordered items and shipped together. If separate shipping is required, two separate orders with two shipping charges will need to be placed. 

Due to supply shortages and extended shipping lead times, it may be necessary to change suppliers on products. You may notice some finish or exterior changes.
