Each piece is lovingly handmade and packed with care and love in Sydney, Australia. I do my absolute best to ensure that the transfers are applied carefully and thoroughly but an element of human error can occur so I don’t guarantee perfection. Some slight differences may appear from image to final product. Please also be aware that colours of the design and product may slightly differ due to monitor and light settings.

Shipping includes tracking and secure, protected packaging for each cup. Glass tumblers may be shrink wrapped on packing to contain the tumbler in the rare event that the glass were to break. I am unable to offer refund or replacement if any damage happens during transit. You may wish to contact the postage carrier for compensation claims if this was to unfortunately happen.
